To Provide the merchant marine profession and its allied fields the training necessary for the safe and professional execution of shipboard work function with consistent and maximum use of modern types of simulators and organize the training task and training routine to resemble as near as practicable to the actual practice with competent instructions and certified assessors.
To design and develop maritime training courses in modular from relevant to the actual performance of work functions and responsive to the ever changing needs of a globally competitive workforce.
To design a structured and credible Evaluation and Assessment System after each training session and provide a relevant measure of the acquired skills and accurate gauging of work performance in terms of safety, accuracy performed at an adequate pace after training.
