PURPOSE: To be the Leader Training Center in Northern Luzon by providing enhanced TVET training services, relationship and profitability. To organize, establish, maintain and conduct progressive institution of learning of high academic and technical standing which will emphasize cultural development, moral character and scientific research and to this end, operate a school of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET programs).
To offer general secondary curriculum courses and introduce students to the maritime world of work and receive information about careers in maritime industries and experience the world of maritime careers via job shadowing, mentorship, and internship the MARITIME EDUCATION in senior high school that is now being promoted through a 12K program of the Department of Education.
